Filmdrome

A Common Occurrence, directed by Joe Huber.

Filmdrome was the proud sponsor of "A Common Occurrence", which was featured on Friday, August 19th at 6:00pm in the Belbas Theater of the Washington Pavilion.

The event was free, and included performances by musical guests Fly Away Sparrow and Bella Ruse, and also, a short Q&A with Joe Huber, following the premiere of the film.

Citizen USA, directed by Alexandra Pelosi.

Alexandra Pelosi's documentary, "Citizen USA: A 50 State Road Trip", premiered in Sioux Falls, SD at the Washington Pavilion, on June 29th at 7pm. Alexandra Pelosi was nice enough to attend the film, and participated in a short Q&A following the premiere.

The Baan Dek Montessori Children's Film Festival

The third annual Baan Dek Children's Film Festival was held at the Washington Pavilion on June 29th. The event highlighted twelve of the best children's short films, in a 'kaleidoscopic showcase of the best short film and animation from around the world.'

Encounters at the End of the World, d. W. Herzog.

For the inaugural Filmdrome event, we showcased Werner Herzog's documentary film, "Encounters at the End of the World", at the Orpheum Theater in downtown Sioux Falls.

Persona, directed by Ingmar Bergman.

Videodrome, directed by David Cronenberg.

For the inaugural Filmdrome event, we showcased David Cronenberg's, "Videodrome", at the Orpheum Theater in downtown Sioux Falls. The event was free and open to the public.

Red Balloon, directed by Albert Lamorisse.

For the inaugural Baan Dek Montessori Children's Film Festival, we showcased Albert Lamorisse's two films, "Red Balloon" and "White Main", at the Orpheum Theater in downtown Sioux Falls. The event was free and open to the public.
